KARL & MAX TRAINING FOR THEIR UPCOMING SHODAN TEST





This is Karl and Max training in preparation for their Ninpo Shodan test at the upcoming UK Brighton Tai Kai under Tanemura Soke, at the end of October. Good Luck guys!

The other photo is of Simon, taken after he'd just finished the CrossFit WOD (Workout of the Day) after the main class. It was a benchmark workout called 'Fran': 21, 15, 9 reps of: 42kg Thrusters (Front Squat & Push Press) & Pull Ups. We scaled the weight on the thrusters accordingly depending on the students own fitness levels and used dumbells instead of a barbell. Pull ups were also scaled to jumping pull ups for those that are still working on their 'kipping pull up' technique.
